1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, accessing WristRoster, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Do not use WristRoster if you do not agree to these terms.
2. The WristRoster service
WristRoster provides tools for recording, organizing, importing, reviewing, and managing information about watch collections.
Features may include catalogue search, watch specifications, ownership records, images, notes, wear history, values, reports, imports, exports, and subscription-based tools.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as WristRoster develops.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for activity performed through your account.
Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not create an account using another person’s identity or use an account that you are not authorized to access.
4. Your collection data
You retain ownership of the collection records, notes, photographs, documents, and other content you submit to WristRoster.
You give WristRoster permission to store, process, reproduce, resize, back up, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and use the content you submit.
5. Catalogue and valuation information
Catalogue specifications, retail prices, estimated values, reference matches, and other watch information may come from third-party sources, public sources, administrators, or user submissions.
This information is provided for collection management and general informational purposes. WristRoster does not guarantee that every specification, price, image, reference match, or valuation is complete, current, or error-free.
WristRoster does not authenticate watches and does not provide financial, investment, insurance, tax, or professional appraisal advice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use WristRoster to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Access another user’s account or private information.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with the service.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or bypass service security or rate limits.
- Upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Use the service to misrepresent, defraud, or deceive others.
- Resell access to WristRoster without written permission.
7. Free and paid plans
WristRoster may offer free and paid plans with different collection limits, storage limits, import limits, and product features.
Current prices, billing periods, plan limits, and renewal terms will be shown before you purchase a subscription.
When paid subscriptions become available, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. WristRoster will not directly store your complete payment-card details.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
8. Third-party services
WristRoster may use third-party services for authentication, catalogue data, payments, email, file storage, hosting, monitoring, and other technical operations.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. WristRoster is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
9. Availability and backups
We work to keep WristRoster available and protect stored information, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure problems, security events, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our control.
You should keep an independent copy of records that are especially important to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using WristRoster or request account deletion at any time.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, secure the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.
11. Disclaimer
WristRoster is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WristRoster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service.
This includes loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, collection value, or data, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, our business, or applicable requirements change.
The revised version will show a new effective date. We will provide additional notice when a change materially affects users.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
