WristRoster is a watch collection management platform. It lets you catalogue watches you own or want, log wears, track values, generate reports, and import existing spreadsheets.

Yes. The Free plan lets you track up to 5 watches with catalogue search, core collection tracking, wear logging, notes, and photos. No credit card is required to create an account.

From your dashboard, select Add Watch. Search by brand, family, nickname, factory, or reference number. Choose a catalogue result, review the pre-filled details, add your ownership information, and save.

Yes. When a search does not return the correct result, you can add the watch manually. Independent brands, custom watches, discontinued pieces, and unusual variants are supported.

Catalogue information can come from manufacturer records, WatchBase, dealer listings, WristRoster review, and community submissions. Source information is preserved so you can see where important specifications came from.

Yes. Catalogue information is used as a starting point. You can override individual values for your own watch without changing the shared catalogue record used by other collectors.

Yes. Watches can be marked as Wishlist, On order, In transit, In collection, or Sold. Sold and wishlist watches remain in your roster with their associated history and notes.

Each watch supports notes for modifications, replacement parts, servicing, strap changes, observations, and other information specific to that watch.

From your dashboard, collection, or watch detail page, select Log wear. Today is selected automatically, and you can optionally add an occasion or short note.

Yes. You can select an earlier date when recording a wear, making it possible to add entries you forgot to log at the time.

WristRoster can show wear totals, last-worn dates, most-worn watches, recently worn watches, and pieces that have not been worn for a while.

Market values may come from dealer listings, marketplace information, recorded sales, or values entered by the owner. Each value should include its source and capture date when available.

Gain or loss compares the recorded purchase price with the latest estimated value or recorded sale price. These figures are collection estimates and should not be treated as professional appraisals.

The planned importer supports CSV and XLSX spreadsheets. It reads column headings, suggests matching WristRoster fields, and lets you review the mapping before importing.

The import preview identifies invalid or incomplete rows before anything is saved. You can correct the original file, update the mapping, or skip individual rows.

Yes. Collection data will be exportable so you can keep your own backup and move your records elsewhere when needed.

Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Your collection is not automatically deleted when a subscription ends.

Available payment methods will depend on the payment provider selected for launch. The final supported cards and digital wallets will be listed before paid subscriptions are enabled.

Monthly and annual billing are planned for paid subscriptions. Final pricing and annual discounts will be confirmed before launch.
